Our Individualized Home Support (IHS) program, is designed to provide support and assistance to clients who have difficulty performing activities of daily living (ADLs) or instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) due to a physical or mental disability, or due to age.

Our goal is to help clients maintain their independence and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
The target audience for this service is adults and seniors who have difficulty performing activities of daily living due to a physical or mental disability, or due to age. The service is also appropriate for clients who are at risk of institutionalization or hospitalization.
